You'll need to take the House Tokens to the House Chest that is in your House Common Room. For instance, since I was playing as a Ravenclaw, I needed to return my Tokens to a large golden chest in the Ravenclaw Common Room.

Daedalian Key 4: North of Great Hall
The cabinets are very large and difficult to miss and you can interact with them to start a little key-slapping minigame. While you can slap the key wherever it goes, your objective is to smack it into the keyhole as it passes over. It's a reaction-based minigame so there's no real trick to it other than hitting the key at the right point, or watching its pattern to work out when it's going to fly over the hole.

Hogwarts Legacy Daedalian Keys are one of the game's trickiest challenges to complete, as it involves collecting 16 flying keys that can be found all over Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The first key is obtained during the initial part of the Daedalian Keys quest. It’s recommended to unlock all Floo Flames (Fast Travel Points) in Hogwarts first. We will use these as reference points for each token location. The fastest way to get these Daedalian keys is to explore all of Hogwarts, then use the Hogwarts Legacy Floo Flames to warp to the corresponding regions.

After you've completed the quest, the next key can be found in The Astronomy Wing near the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower Floo Flame. Take the large stairwell downstairs until you see get to the floor with the large rhino skeleton shown in the picture below. The key is fluttering around the skeleton and will take off up the stairs shown in the picture below. You'll need to time it just right to get the key in the slot.
That said, here's where to find every Hogwarts Legacy Daedalian Key, and what you'll get from the house chest as your reward. Fast travel to the Potions Classroom Floo Flames location and head through the door to class – there’s a key flying around right in front of the class entrance. Go down the spiral staircase next to it, and the locked cabinet is at the end of the corridor. From where the first Dungeons Daedalian Key was, keep heading down that corridor and take a left turn at the end.
Entering from the Transfiguration Courtyard, it’s close to the staircase near the globe ahead of you. It’ll fly up the stairs, past the Cache in the Castle treasure location, to the top by the portrait of a drumming woman. Head up the Grand Staircase from the Entrance Hall (the one where the steps gradually reveal themselves) until you get about two-thirds of the way up. The key speeds off downstairs to the cabinet close to the Floo Flames near the Hogwarts Legacy number puzzle close to the bottom of the grand staircase.
Finally, you must slap the object when it is around the center of the keyhole, which may take a few times. Faculty Tower (Staircase) - This requires the completion of The Caretaker's Lunar Lament, the main quest that rewards you with Alohomora. It's the only way you'll be able to unlock the Faculty Tower. From the fast travel point, enter the Faculty Tower and climb up the steps. The key is in front of a Symbol Door Puzzle, and it will fly to the cabinet below. You'll need to undertake "The Caretaker's Lunar Lament" quest to gain access to the Faculty Tower, since it gives you the ability to unlock doors with Alohomora.
It will fly to the cabinet at the very top of the staircase. The Daedalian Key is found at the rhinoceros skeleton display found a floor below the Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom. The Daedalian Key is flying at the top of the staircase of the Entrance Hall of the Great Hall.
